Each has her own story of a life full of trials and triumphs in dealing with societies that were never partial to women. The names are legendary and have become synonymous with feminine Empowerment and Mystique. In an interesting choreography Sonal Mansingh raises the crucial question; has anything changed?

Picking up stories of 20th century women in India. Sonal has woven names of Bhikaiji Cama, Kasturba Gandhi, Sarojini Naidu and Indira Gandhi and creates a mystery about the fifth woman. Here is where she brings in the modem socio-political scene that does not grant equal rights to women, that denies her the rightful sharing in policy making and power-structure.
